Tales of the Beauties & the Beasts paintings.
In the exhibition Patricia present Lippert her newest work with many varieties on the topic “The beauty and the Beast”.
Moreover the art ares searching consciously the borders between “The beauty” and “The Beast”. In its titles frequently puts them ask such as: “My beauty are your Beast”?,
“My dick are my beast”?, “are the beauty the beast”?
From a travel to Rome the new serial paintings, “Compose your own gods” paintings in two parts, of which you can exchange the heads to make your own icon. What concerns the colour choice of the new paintings has the art ares a colour palette with especially dominated at uses. Harsh linen, hand stuffed hemp, cupper foiled, glass elements, silver plates, mirrors and paper add themselves in a work which is not only lived with eyes, but with all sense.
A good example is the 2 paintings with the title “Flag for blind people 1 & 2””. one asks oneself the question: Have blind persons hang out the flag necessary?, do we have also still hang out the flag necessary? Every event of nationalist think nevertheless actual for a long time, in good senses, globally planetary will think of being disappeared, nevertheless?
